Someday last week, when weifeng came back home around 7, Zoe cheered up and wanted to go to the playground.  Weifeng tried to persuade her that it was too late to go anywhere, "Look outside, there is no people on the road, it's going to be dark soon, all other people are staying at home now."  Zoe responded with unbelievable confidence, "Daddy, you need to look around and think.  See there is no cars on the driveways, that means people are still out, they are not even back home yet!!!"  Not even giving daddy a break to think or breathe, she went on, "shall we go now?"

we both chuckled.  Have to accept the fact that our 5 year old is no longer the one easily buys whatever we offer.
